Studio D'Artista, Stylish Loft in the Heart of Rome

From Via del Babuino, a Roman shopping street, a few steps from the Metro Spagna stop, you will find yourself in a quiet internal courtyard of a historic and elegant building, typical of the historic centre, from which you can access the artist's studio.

It is in fact an urban typology, typical of the historic cities of Italy, where artists could create and work, and at the same time sleep.

At the entrance you will find a comfortable living area, with a kitchenette and a niche with everything you need to prepare an excellent breakfast. This ground floor is completed by a comfortable bathroom with shower, toilet/bidet and sink.
You will be able to find canvases and colours, together with an easel, if you want to give vent to your creativity, perhaps immortalizing a glimpse of the famous Via Margutta, behind the studio.

Going up the stairs, covered with a fine carpet, you go up to the upper floor, where you will find the bedroom with custom-made wardrobes and a Smart TV.

Bath towels and courtesy kit are available for guests. Wi-Fi, independent heating, air conditioning are just some of the features of this very special accommodation.
